Service Description

Quick phone consultation of 30 minutes duration to discuss a medical condition. Appointments that run over 30 minutes are charged at $25 per half hour or part thereof. The Naturopath will call you at the set time so please ensure you are ready to take the call. Missed phone appointments will incur a $25 cancellation fee. A treatment plan will be discussed with you and can be emailed to you after your consultation together with your invoice. If you require any prescribed products these can be mailed to you (shipping fees apply) or delivered direct to you in person and free if you live within a 10km radius of the clinic.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments not cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment time will attract a cancellation fee of $25.00. No shows or cancellationless than 12 hours before attracts full consult fee.
